Item 1. Mailing
LIMIT
Never send out to the total limit from an account. GIANT team always sends no more than 25-30 per day/two from 1 account. If you send to the total limit, the chance of getting banned increases twofold.
TIMINGS
Timings (aka time-outs or delays) can be set differently, but in our experience we realized that only 2 options can be used:
1 option: fast and risky (0-0 + checkbox fast mailing ON).
2 option: slow but sure (10-20 + checkbox fast mailing OFF).
Which option should you choose, you may ask or think.
Depends on your target audience. If the audience is angry (complains a lot about all the messages from you and from other people), then our task is to send as FAST as possible to them, so that they do not have time to react to the message.
If your audience is indifferent to such irritants, choose the second option.
RANDOMIZATION
Always do randomization of images and text and redirect links. By doing so you will uniquify your material in relation to Telegram, and you will have less trouble with mailing lists.
Also don't forget that Telegram has stop words. It's a trigger of sorts. Telegram can recognize such words and record a violation of the rules of using the messenger. If you send a message with a stop word, Telegram will immediately spamblock your account. In 80% of cases, spamblock is followed by account ban.

Never make an invite to a group with less than a month's lag! In the past (a year ago) it was allowed, and you didn't even have to think about it. Now the reality is that you need a group with a dormancy (preferably 6 months+, or 1 year+) to invite.
